We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with devglow or todoglow, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Email us at support@devglow.app with your order number or the email used for purchase
  2. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  3. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund
  • Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

If you have a monthly or yearly subscription, you can manage or cancel it anytime through the Polar customer portal:

  1. Visit the customer portal
  2. Sign in with the email you used for purchase
  3. View and manage your active subscriptions

After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not require cancellation.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to paid features. You're welcome to continue using any free features.
