By downloading, installing, or using devglow or todoglow (collectively, "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Apps.

2. Description of Services

devglow is a macOS menu bar application that helps developers manage local development servers. It provides features including one-click server start/stop, real-time log viewing, and port conflict detection.

todoglow is a macOS menu bar todo application with keyboard-first design, focus mode, and optional AI-powered text polishing.

3. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps on your personal devices. Some features may require a paid license or subscription.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Apps.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Apps only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Not use the Apps to harm your system or others' systems
• Comply with third-party terms when using optional features (e.g., Gemini API)

5. Third-Party Services

todoglow's AI Polish feature uses Google's Gemini API. By using this feature, you agree to comply with Google's terms of service. You are responsible for any costs associated with your API usage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Apps.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
